Orders can be placed securely on the internet via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. You can also phone, fax or email your order and we will then email a PayPal invoice. For fax orders, please include shipping address and billing address.

SHIPPING TIME: Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. You will receive a shipment notification via email once your purchase has shipped. Please contact us for expedited shipping, or if you need to know when a specific item can be shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We can only accept orders from the following countries outside of the USA: Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain , Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE: US orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail insured. International orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail International. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges.

SHIPPING COST: Flat rate $5.

PAYMENT: For orders placed via PayPal all major credit cards are accepted. For phone, fax and email orders we accept PayPal, Money Orders and Personal Checks. For international orders we only accept payment via PayPal (verified accounts).

HANDMADE IN THE USA: All jewelry is handmade by us in the USA.

GUARANTEES, EXCHANGES & RETURNS: If you for any reason are not happy with your purchase, you may return the jewelry for a refund within 5 days of arrival. The customer pays for return shipping. Bracelets, necklaces and earrings are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee as they are made to order. Please note that rings may only be exchanged. Rings may be re-sized or exchanged  for a $3 fee per ring plus shipping costs (stacking rings without stones are re-sized free of charge). Please contact us before making any returns or exchanges. All jewelry has a 3-month breakage guarantee.

NJ SALES TAX: 7% sales tax will be added to orders in New Jersey. Please note that the NJ sales tax on the shipping charges will not be reflected until you are at the PayPal checkout.

RING SIZE: If you need help with ring sizing please contact us and we will be happy to help. A ring sizer is for sale at the ring page at a low cost. It is accurate and re-usable. It measures US half and whole sizes.

JEWELRY CARE: To make your jewelry last for a long time certain care should be taken when wearing and storing it. Always remove your jewelry when bathing, showering, swimming in pools, doing laundry, putting on lotion or other beauty products or using cleaning chemicals. Store jewelry carefully in ziplock bags to prevent tarnishing. Dry jewelry completely before storing. Your jewelry can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap occasionally. Remember to rinse thoroughly. A polishing cloth can gently be used to clean the silver, be careful not to scratch any gemstones. The gemstones can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
