If our order form is not used you can always fax your order including shipping address, billing address, phone
number, email address, preferred payment method (if credit card, please include name on card, expiration date
and 3 digit verification code on back of card). We will confirm your order via email with total amount including
shipping and insurance cost. We charge credit card on day of shipping. We ship orders within a week but
mostly within 72 hours.

CLEANING:
It is normal for sterling silver to tarnish when exposed to air. The best way to prevent this is to keep the
jewelry in a ziplock bag when not in use. To care for the jewelry, please use polishing cloth or mild soap and
water occasionally. For tarnished pieces we recommend liquid dip solution.
REPAIR SERVICE:
If your chain breaks within 3 months of purchase we will repair it for free. Should your chain break after that
time we can in most cases repair it for a fee of $10. Please contact us before returning any item for repair.
